After practicing in the conditions for several days leading up to it, this was my image of Mars at opposition using my 8" SCT and ZWO ASI678MC, captured on Sharpcap and processed on AstroStakkert, Registax, and Topaz Denoise.

Seeing wasn't the best, though I did get a clear improvement with use of the ZWO ADC.  This was in Bortle 7 conditions.

Lots to learn still (and looking forward to time off to head to darker skies), but a gratifying step forward in my AP journey.

That's actually a good image with a lot of potential, better than my first images.  I also use Sharpcap and AutoStakkert, with GIMP being my go to program (app?) for image manipulation.  Keep at it and find what works for you.

That's a nice image.

Have the same equipment, apart from ADC.

PS You don't need darker skies for planets.

Cool! Great for the opening of the Rabbit Hole😁... When you get the processing down maybe try throwing a barlow in the mix but this is better than my first effort. I used Registax (Alone😯)for processing. Keep at it and try everything- B7 is tough for anyone, even newbies☺!

Keep at it & clear skies

Nice image. It is a bit dark, as Ed noted. And as Tapio indicates, Bortle class is irrelevant for planetary imaging. People have been known to image planets in broad daylight.
