The intermediate set of prisms do not look parallel — wouldn't that defeat merging the images?
Looks to be very innovative. Is the design concept yours?

as long as the 90 degree prisms are perpendicularly oriented, I don't think there should be any rotation introduced to the path the light takes, and letting the first set of tertiary prisms (the ones closer to the scope) be non-parallel allows for adjustment of IDP
The base design concept is my own, but the design aesthetic and non-printed parts are all based off of The Hadley by Maff: https://www.printabl...sy-assembly-hig [114mm DIY Newtonian]

Very interesting project, but two prisms on each side deff provide some false colours.
I would replace them with two mirrors diagonals.
thanks for the tip!! Im currently working on a faster version with 2in focusers, will definitely implement diagonal mirrors for the new design!

woops, i am remembering now that i ended up using mirrors instead of prisms for this 1.25 in version, prisms were more expensive
