Hello Everyone... 

 

For some reason my CGEMII mount is keep facing to the ground in spite of  updating the firmware, resetting the telescope and updating the home setup.... i really appreciate your help.

Sounds like it thinks its in the Southern Hemisphere.

It looks like you are using the ASI Air, is that correct? Mine did this to me when the home location was not set correctly in my tablet I was using to operate it. I know you said you did that but if you go into your mount tab on the ASI Air, there is a place you can scroll sideways in the tab to see where the ASI Air thinks your telescope is and where you are. They need to match fairly closely. I had a brand new tablet I was using that I didn't set to my current position because I thought it would do it by itself once it hooked up to my netorwk. The ASI Air thought I was off the south coast of South America. Once I figured that out it was all good from there.

Mine did the same with the ASIAIR Mini. Like the other post said, it thinks it is in the southern Hemisphere. Take a look at #13651048ASIair and Evolution (Alt Az) mounts? that I posted last year, I have a screen shot there of the setting for your location.
