The Model 510, 5 inch Unitron in the background!  Fully dressed, it still garners the attention it deserves!!

I didn't arrive until you folks were fully set up and had gone.

I hope nobody minds me moving a couple items on the front table to put my Barry Crist models and Spilhaus Space Clock up!! I also neglected to put my name on items, but you all know me!

When not visiting you folks, I'll be at AAVSO and ATS booths.

The first day of NEAF started out with a bang.  Lots of folks visiting the booth.  It was pretty busy up to lunch, then slowed a bit.  Traffic was steady though.  That was my assessment; others feel free to add your assessment.

There was a lot of interest in the big scopes: the 5 and 6 inch AP's and the 5 inch Unitron...although lots of "seniors" wanted to talk about their childhood scopes!

We had quite an assortment of scopes and other items on the two front tables: a satellite tracking scope, an unusual clock, table top scopes, a Questar, a Space Shuttle telescope, a Bushnell Voyager, and Unitron binos.

The Model 510 Unitron is always a draw...and John is the perfect person to bring out the best of the scope.

Awesome setup this year. Lots of great scopes, but had to have my picture taken with the 510. What a gorgeous instrument.
