Is there a way to use the internal camera's cooler to cool down this camera to a specified level to lower its noise, with any of the popular allsky software?

There is no "internal cooler" in the ASI676MC, so no you cannot. Not with any software.

ZWO's nomenclature has been to add "Pro" to the names of its cameras that have coolers. They are also a lot larger cylinders (containing the cooling unit, fan, etc.).

You can buy a peltier device for a few bucks on ebay. I've often wondered how much it would help. (You'd also need a temp sensor to hold it at a specific temp).
