Since moving to Hawaii I've needed a Low Latitude Wedge for my Tristand.  Questar is apparently no longer in the Tristand business and can't supply this part so I had to make my own.  I designed it in CAD as a close replica to the original (26 deg) and generated a STEP file to submit to an online machine shop.  I used Xometry.com who has given me great service in the past.  They charged me $200 (less than the OEM) and it came out really well.  You just upload the file and your credit card to their website and it shows up in your mailbox about 10 days later.

I'm making the STEP file available for anybody that wants to make one, using your own CNC or sending it out.  There's also a 3 view drawing that has notes for the shop, including the 4 threaded holes for the adapter plate that aren't shown in the STEP file.  If you use Xometry, you need to specify that there are four 1/4-20 threaded holes and your choice of anodizing (I used standard thickness black) for pricing.

Unfortunately, CN doesn't allow STEP files to be uploaded.  So the files are here:

Thanks to 98105dude for his help.

Thanks, SteveJF!  I would like to find somebody who would make one out on their 3D printer. They have material now that has carbon fiber in it.
