Hi guys,
This is the first light of my new set of Baader CMOS 36mm RGB filters
M78 nebula in Orion captured on my bortle 7 backyard with a 40% lit moon nearby, it took me ages to process out most of the light pollution gradients but I'm quite happy with the final result!
This is only 78 mins of luminance data, and another 30 mins each RGB filter, so very short on data, imagine this on a good quality sky
Collimation was a bit off and seeing was bad (fat stars)...
Setup used was:
200mm f/4 newt. (stopped down to 175mm)
QHY 163M at gain 35
Baader RGB CMOS 36mm filters
EQ6 belt modded
