PIEJr,
Thank you, I am going to watch that video through and through. I have been using NINA for almost a year now, basic NINA. Always something new to learn, I may switch to the Advanced sequencer someday.
For now, I am going to ask on Discord about native support for my Moravian camera. I have the ASCOM drivers and it works, just do not understand why I have to force BGGR in the Bayer pattern. An IMX571 chip. If I have to, I have to. I was hoping the Native drivers might take care of that, I don't know.

Hi Joe,
I was determined to get NINA working for me and my red headed stepchild Losmandy Mount. So I basically started at the 1st of Cuiv's video's, and worked my way through.
I'd discovered that for me, the videos help me the most because I can be working my way through them, hear something, back up, pause, find the application and stop the video where the part I need to apply is.
I never was able to do that with classroom learning.
One of the very hardest parts for me was getting my meridian flip to work. But finally got my limits set, and I guess got lucky in NINA and whoopee! I was even working on Meridian Flips in the daytime and using Stellarium to find a star that was going to cross the meridian. Had a template built to experiment until I got it. IIRC it came back to getting my limits just right. Crazy!
Now and then I would refer back to one of Cuiv's videos to see what he found worked for a sticky wicket.
I've tried the advanced Sequencer, built some templates in it. Used it.
But for me, and the way I image, the legacy sequencer does the tricks.
I just find a victim to suck the light out of, and a few quick tricks in NINA it's set up.
Of course, nights like tonight are a kick in the pants.
It was clear and looked promising. Then by the time it got dark, silly clouds came over.
So, I'm going to go wrap it up for tonight. Going into our typical spring weather pattern here.
Clear days, cloudy nights.
