Hi there.

I am happy to offer you all inclusive remote hosting at one of my twin observatories here at Heaven's Mirror Observatory in rural New South Wales, Australia.

For the all new low price of just $450USD you get:

24x7 on site support

FREE installation

FREE system commissioning

Complimentary pier

Routine Maintenance

Basic troubleshooting and

dry storage for your boxes/crates.

In addition - sign a 12 month hosting contract and get 14 months hosting at the price of 12 to help offset the cost of shipping your gear.

I enjoy Bortle 2-3 skies with good seeing and each observatory has dedicated Starlink connectivity.

I can fully advise on what you need to successfully and smoothly operate remotely, just contact me to get the ball rolling.

I already host many clients from around the globe and can provide references on request.

cheers

Martin Pugh

Isn't that kind of making a deal with the devil?

The thing about Starlink is that it works really well. I don't have or need it but I've seen it working twice. Once in S Central Colorado where their regular wired internet connection was, when it was good, really sketchy and slow and once in an Arkansas National Forest where we were told there was no wireless connectivity at all. Both feeds were faster than I get here at home and trouble free with effectively unlimited bandwidth on tap, probably just what you'd want for your remote observatory.

But I understand what you're saying and don't completely disagree. It seems these days our choices are down to which devil you choose to deal with.
