Has waveSharp gotten over it's 4k image size limitation?

I loaded it today from github as Wdh from Northport told me to do. I had to click the download to open it in Python (a special download program) and even though my PC said there is a risk I ran it anyway. I then pinned it to my task bar. I only briefly worked with it on an older image file but still have to read up on how to use it and what it can do. I wanted to image tonight but very windy here on Long Island. Good luck. Tony

There is/was a 4k x 4k file size limitation in waveSharp last time I tried using it.

Hi

There is no limitation set in wavesharp, so I wonder which version you last used.

Edit: and it also helps if users report probable issues ... That way we can try to solve them

Cheers
Cor

Which 4K image size limitation ??

He might mean the FFT size limitation before we changed the way the FFT size was being defined.  I recall 4096 being the largest FFT size that could be used but that was Wavesharp 1.0.  I don't think we've had that limitation ever in Wavesharp 2.0.

Hi Don,

The poster stated " 4k x 4k file size limitation ", in waveSharp we never had a filesize limitation. We did indeed have a limit on FFT denoising at 4K in waveSharp 1.0 but that is now also gone in waveSharp 2.0

cheers

Cor

Yeah years ago, certainly must have been Wavesharp 1. Did not like my 5k long moon shots.

I'll have to give WaveSharp another whirl and see how it is.
