The issue with the first web page is that the links to the files (in google drive) no longer work.

Too bad the files are no longer available. I can't find a backup on the www.

 

I also like: 'Observing the Lunar Libration Zones' by Alexander Vandenbohede. The original download site is gone ( https://users.telene...ibratieboek.pdf ). There is a backup on INTERNET ARCHIVE Wayback Machine:

Anyone tried contacting the K C Pau? I have a 2015 version, but because of copyright issues cannot publish/distribute anywhere. On the inside page there is the notice with his email address. Don't know if it is any good or not.
