Cold, cloudy and windy night and I almost didn't set up but glad I did.
Struck a patch of pretty good seeing after some clouds went through.
That's the second time lately I've had quite good seeing in windy conditions.
Windy enough to make it hard to keep Mars on screen (and sometimes it blew off).
So just because it's windy doesn't always mean the seeing will be bad. Most of the time, but not always.
Looks to be a large area of blue clouds developing over the South (top in this image)
and also across the middle.
SW 14" GoTo dob, ZWO 462mc, UT Feb 16 1305-1330.
