Hello:
As above, I have a new Scope, Mount and BV's. I have been reading for months + - trying to find the best EP's for this combination. However, there are plentiful opinions on EP's for the Baader and almost as many for the SM. My question is (other than being x-eyed from all the research), is there anyone out there that has this combination, and if so, what eyepieces are you using and enjoying? I don't want to bore you with all of my trials and tribulations because I'd be bored typing it and can only imagine your malaise. The combination is working great but!! I am now caught up on my bills from spending close to 10K for Mount, Scope, and BV.
So, I know there are a lot of combinations of Scopes and BVs that are similar to mine in one way or another which enlists many variations and possibilities but right now I am just focused on EPs. So, to keep it short thanks to those of you who took the time to read this, and especially those who can possible help! I have to buy a pair of 7, 12, 18, 25, 30, and possibly 40+ (I may add more or loose some if I find I have overlap). Figuring at or around 200 - 500 a pair (no TV’s) it’s going to sting (Daughter in College.) but, like my Nexstar C11 that I have had for over 15 years, I have come to realize that I thought I would save money on eyepieces, diagonals, etc and found out that 10 to 15 years is a long time to regret not spending a “few dollars more” (shout out to Clint Eastwood). Thanks Mike

Sounds like fun!
First of all, the best solar ha eyepieces are simple ones. Plossls and orthos, masuyamas and pseudos. You’ve said no TV, but TV Plossls are the best out there, particularly for solar Ha. I’ve been observing with five different set ups for 15 years, and they remain my default choices for solar.
7mm sounds very high in terms of magnification - are you using a GPC? My maximum power with my Solarscope filters is around 140x - but maybe your seeing is better. Normally I observe between 40x and 100x.
Any other decent Plossls are fine. Tak TPLs the best but also pricey. Among the more complex eyepieces, Delites are excellent. And panoptic 24s nice for a wider view with the MkV. I also love my Nagler 13s - I can get the whole disk in the fov at around 130x - it’s truly one of the greatest sights in astronomy.
