Just received my 1987/88 Vixen SUPER POLARIS R-150S and immediately checked out the primary. It measures 153mm.

Opinions?
I have  3D printer so would a clip mask be a useful addition?

The value of this scope depends on keeping it original. I would not touch a thing. A clip mask? All these years with Newtonians and never heard of a "clip mask". Are you asking about an aperture stop to hide the clips? Why? To what purpose? Does it have a turned edge? Wait - we don't know because it is already in pieces on the table. No optical report, no check of the collimation.
