After upgrading to Pix 1.9.3 from 1.8.9.3 Pixinsight no longer recognizes BlurXT, StarXT or Noise XT yet all three are listed as being in the star repository and active. I was told that the issue is in the Tensorflow.dll file and to replace the upgrade one with one from an earlier version, but this did not help.  All three programs show up in the "bin" folder as dll's and in the repository.

What is needed to have Pix recognize these add-ons? Go back to an earlier version??

Gp in the repository and do a reset, make sure all the addresses for the 3 XT and Tensorflow are there before the reset.

I just upped to 1.8.9.3 a couple days ago, and Noise XT works fine.

Maybe just reload 1.8.9.3.

Mis-typed. The latest version is 1.9.3, the version that I had and worked was 1.8.9.3.

PixInsight found version 1.9.3 and would not install the older version that worked, 1.8.9.3.

I have 1.9.3 and all XT work just fine. I simply did a reset.

I assume you meant "reload" button. When the reload button is clicked there is no apparent action. All three X's and tensor flow are in the "bin" folder.

Pixinsight was shut down and restarted but the apps X's were still inactive. The three were removed and attempted to be reinstalled. The apps appear in the repository but come back as not found when "checking for updates". see attached.

Pixinsight gives an error message that 1.9.3 is loaded when attempting to reload 1.8.9.3.

No reload. Go to Resources/Updates/Reset Updates.

If that does not work, one other way is possible but a little more complicated.

Here's your problem -- you misspelled "PixInsight" in the URLs. It is showing in your document as "PixsInsight" -- there is an extra "s" in yours.

That is what the error message is trying to say. (But it's written in PixInsight-ese, of course. "Malformed input to a function". smile.gif)

This sort of typo in the Repository URLs has caused me all sorts of headaches too, so I sympathize. flowerred.gif
