Pardon me if there is an obvious answer to this, but I'm confused.

 

At past NEAIC conferences that I've attended, attendees received NEAF wrist bands for admission to NEAF.

 

Since NEAF is before NEAIC this year, what is the procedure for admission to NEAF?
