Last night my 2 year old ASI2600MC-P camera only captured the green channel in fits, confirmed by both the image on the ASIAIR screen and the histogram. I restarted everything multiple times, checked individual files and took a screenshot of the histogram, all showing only the green channel. I see that this problem has been reported by others. What is the solution to restore functionality?

I don't even see how this is possible, can you show an example of what you are seeing? If you are seeing a green image when you download the fits and open it with software like PixInsight it's simply because the camera has an RGGB pixel bayer array, you need to do an unlinked screen transfer stretch to see the normal RGB image.

This sounds bizarre.  Is it possible that multiplicative scaling factors for the red and blue channels have been inadvertently set to zero in the camera driver?

OP is using ASIAIR so there is no way to deal with drivers. I had to do a firmware update for an Upgrade EAF once, I can find out how.

https://www.cloudyni...00mc-pro/page-3 - previous thread with a similar failure. The camera got RMA’d and repaired by ZWO. There’s a service center in the USA now. Before the RMA people suggested swapping cables and reseating a ribbon cable in the camera, those were tried and didn't fix the issue.
