It's a 5" f/7.5 triplet featuring an FCD-1 element.

I'm no fan of huge fracs but maybe it's a good one for 650,-€

Looks very similar, if not identical to, the 127mm Explore Scientific Refractor.

This one is comparable in terms of color correction, because it employs FPL53 plus lanthanum.

It displays an RC value (according to D. Lichtenknecker) of round about 1.0.

Is the word "refractor" really that difficult to spell out?

Do people call reflectors "flecs?"

Sorry for the rant. Frac just reminds me of Battlestar Galactica.

Wait just a senton!  Cut out the Feldercarb! Frac belongs to the original Battlestar Galactical. :-). (No idea if any of that is spelled correctly, lol)

Oh frack, I forgot it was said in the original series. I do remember Feldercarb was used, probably to to protect kids' ears during the show's early timeslot. In the reboot series, frack was completely overused, sometimes in a very explicit way.
