its three-in-one feature is very attractive. I couldn't resistant from purchasing a brand-new one. Since early this year I only tested a few times, definitely love the convenience. But when I was trying to modify the factory setting of red/blue gain, it comes to a dead-end. I have no way to configure the camera with the software I used to configure such parameters on my Mac, e.g. the ASICap that comes with ASIStudio. I did submit an inquiry to ZWO tech support, but after a month or so got a brief reply that this adjusting is not supported at this moment.

Anyone here had success? Many thanks in advance.

James

Not possible as far as I know. You have to adjust the white balance with some sort of post processing software.

Why do you want to modify the red/blue?
