I believe they are re-badged Kunming Optical series. There is a short (archived) thread here: https://www.cloudyni...let-binoculars/

 

The Kunming site is: http://chinesebinocu...t-weight-2.html - but they don't show the armoured version like the Helios.

 

Generally Kunming binos are good to excellent quality- especially at their price-point, but like any manufacturer they are built to spec- and the companies that re-badge them (eg: Oberwerk, Orion, Helios, APM, TS, even Astro-Physics) may have their own specs/QC for their supply.

 

Just because they are marketed as "triplets" doesn't mean they necessarily have better CA correction (see Prof. Ed's comment on the thread above), and I think most sellers of 20x80's no longer stock triplets and have gone to the doublets.
