Should be a killer miller. Sun was trying to snap but bad seeing. Not sure if i should use a 1.25" wedge in a 110mm scope. I got burned from the heat coming out.

GP seems to hold it ok on the sun with a Wedge. Blows my eyes out it is so bright unless ya jack up the pow wow.
You were looking at the sun with this scope?

Nice refractor. Those William Optics gold accented ones are pretty.
What made you decide to buy it? You've made a bunch of posts in the past week saying you're done with buying and selling everything.

Please, remember and I will ask OP to edit the heading
Please, put heading "using solar filter"
So many new users may not know that looking at sun "must" need solar filter otherwise, it will blind in 1/400 seconds. you should also edit the first post with caution statement

I think he referred to a “wedge”…. A Herschel wedge.

I also picked up a new toy this week. Another really nice scope from Wiliiiam. A Mergrez 80 LOMO Super APO.
Yeah, I was downsizing too, but I couldn't pass this one up!

Jup is a boiling mass with a 2.5mm. Cold out and windy and that always ='s bad seeing. But i can tell this lens is first rate. Looking at a low full moon and i see no false color. 27mm Pano and 2" Meade 40mm SWA works great on the scope. GP on a LX200 tripod holds it easy. M41 nice tiny stars.

It is a W/O Flowerstar 110mm F/6.5 TEC lens.
That's one of the better malaprops I've read recently.
I know virtually everyone else knows it's actually Fluorostar but just in case ...

I am not into Dobs anymore and was without a fract for a while. This thing is built like a tank and solid. Only bad thing is the single speed focuser and the shallow focus. Not sure if there is some mod for the focuser?. But the focuser is smooth as silk and solid. Sure don't need a finder as with a 27 and 40mm eyepieces this is a big finder and just point and look and the image is there in the FOV.
