Good Evening!

Finally got the Synscan Pro app working together with my laptop to work with the SW CQ350pro mount - my biggest success today!

Well done!  I know the challenge of trying to get new software to navigate in solar.  This image much improved over your first rough trial.

I have been struggling to get my learner drivers license on the new to me combination of Cartes du Ciel, Sharpcap and my AM5 mount (usually used for my posts with the Lunt  DS80 using just the ASI mount software and firecapture) so as to be aim to achieve  (expect initially not well focussed) scans with Minhs spectroheliograph product. In some way this would be easier to do with my Skywatcher AZEQ5 which connects with say; Stellarium more simply, though  that mount is likely a little less stable when I get to the scanning stage.   Currently if I polar align with ASIAIR I can drive it at night with a 533mm camera but my skills in daytime are still not quite there.
