I have several two-inch barrel eyepieces which did not come with eyecups, which means that finding the exit pupil can be challenging, and that keeping stray light out of my eyes takes extra work. Can anyone recommend a commercial source of eyecups, or something like them, that will fit eyepieces whose eye end has a diameter of two inches or perhaps a few millimeters more? Alternatively, can anyone recommend a home-made alternative?

TeleVue used to sell replacement eyecups for their 2" eyepieces.  Phone them up.

Agena has quite a selection. I bought some that fit the 28 mm UWA, it's about 2.25" where the eye cup fits.

Agena's large ones are out of stock at the moment, and are not tall enough for the eye reliefs of several of my eyepieces. Yet I may have answered my own question, via some flexible foam rubber tubing found on Amazon.com. (The URL is pretty long, if it doesn't work, go to Amazon and search for 'rubber tubing 2 inch'.)
