This is about 3 hours of integration.

Stacked in PI WBB with 2x drizzle

I did some quick processing in PI.

There is still some vignetting/gradient.  What tool did you use for the gradient correction?

The target itself looks pretty well processed, but I think you could push a little bit more if you took care of the halo.

Do you have the Xterminator tools?  You should try the free trial if you don't have them.  The processing looks good.  This is a great astro-photo.  There is still some background noise, and the nebula is a little grainy.  These could be dealt with using BlurXterminator and  NoiseXterminator.  The background gradient is there but really slight.  But I did see some unusually bright red stars did you use SPCC on the image before stretching?  Great job overall!

I did do SPCC and some light Blur and Noise XTerminator.  I always try not to make it look plasticy but i might not have done enough.

Appreciate the feedback and validation of some of my ownb  thoughts.

I didn't do any gradient correction.  Yeah that Halo is driving me crazy, i wasn't sure what i needed to do with it

You have a few options.  Multiscale Gradient Correction is the best as long as the image is covered by the MARS database (I'm not sure if this is).  Next is probably the gradient correction process.  Finally, the Seti Astro Script Automatic DBE is pretty good for most images.  GraXpert gradient correction is also good, but I have noticed some odd behavior with it and only use it as a last resort.

I'd start with the Seti Astro ADBE and see where that gets you, then try other tools if that doesn't do well.  Gradient removal should be one of the first things you do.  I usually open the image, crop, BXT correct only, then gradient correction.

Appreciate the suggestions.  I really new still to this and its not alot of integration time so i know it won't be great but would love to get the background and gradient thing figured out
