I was wondering if anyone had purchased equipment directly from ZWO in China and what their experience was. Apparently ZWO has paused shipping to dealers in the US due to the tariff situation. I'm not sure they would ship direct to customers now either but still would like to find out if others had bought direct.

Many times, from the UK. Perfect service, good prices, quick.

I've bought a few small items directly in the last year as well as shipments back to them for the repair of hardware. I found no issues with the quality of service or the speed of shipments.

I appreciate the responses. I'm looking for some OAG-L adapters that are sold out everywhere, but will probably wait to see what happens with the tariffs. The vendor I'm working with in the US says they should know more in the next week or two, and I don't have to have them immediately. I've bought parts from Taiwan vendors before but never directly from the mainland.

I have purchased from them many times and never had any issue.  But now the have paused all shipping to the USA.  Guess I will have to look elsewhere.
