I have a Stellina telescope by Varonis in France. I am unable to track objects. The scope seems to find the object without any problem. It focuses on the object but then I get a message saying "Unable to track object." I make sure the scope is leveled and locked into the mount, The same result has happened on successive nights. Does anyone have information that may be helpful? thank you!

I just used my Stellina last week. It is updated to the latest firmware and my tablet is running the latest Singularity app. I didn't run into any problems using it or tracking objects.
Was the art of the sky you were imaging cloudy or somehow obscured? It initialized okay? Was your observatory the correct location?
Maybe try unplugging the battery for a while and then try again.
