I tried using the HDRcombination in Pixinsight to combine my 30, 180, and 300 sec master lights together and the result was an HDR image that had worse noise and detail than just my 180 sec master. Why is that? Like the noise and detail level is very similar to my 30 sec master.

Side Question: What's the difference between creating a master light for each exposure and combining them vs. just creating a single master light in WBPP using all the various exposures?
