 Help plz?

I sent a new mini pc to my rig at the remote site.  It has a new download o NINA on it.   When I attempt to connect to the ZWO filter wheel, I get these errors.  I did download the ASCOM platform and also the ZWO EFW driver.  So I don't understand why it is not connecting.  It all worked fine on the previous mini pc and Nina I had installed.

Is this a software issue, or is the EFW possibly not plugged in correctly?  I can't physically check the hardware, its 200 miles away.  Anything I can try from my end remotely?  NINA says "No EFW found" when I click on the "gear" switch.  I looked in Device Manager and I see 2 com ports, 4&5 are in use, but it doesn't tell me what device is what.  Any suggestions appreciated.

Download usb device tree viewer and cycle the usb port it’s plugged into. You’ll be able to tell which usb port it’s using using that app. It might be plugged into a usb3 port, which sometimes causes issues.

Thanks for that suggestion.  I downloaded it and it shows no EFW at all.  It shows my guide camera and my main camera but no ZWO EFW though ZWO is shown specifically for the cameras.  Does this suggest the EFW is unplugged??

When I had the same issue, I had to switch which USB port my EFW was connected to. For some reason, my EFW would not connect on one port whereas anything else would work just fine. This happened on both my Mini PC as well as my ASIAir.

"Hardware" issue.

EFW is either:

not plugged in, or

plugged into a bad USB port, or

plugged in with a bad cable.

Thinking you are exactly correct!  Thank you.
