Hello !!
I want to ask if anyone uses EQmod with TheSky 6 on Windows 10, so I can figure out how to connect it.
I use Eqmod with TheSky 6 on Windows 7 without any problems, but on Windows 10, I'm getting an ascom error (image attached)  and I can't resolve it.

I use an Orion Atlas EQg, EQdir cable, Ascom 7 and teleapi.dll. Any suggestions?

Thank you in advance.

This appears to be a corrupted EQMOD driver executable. Download a fresh copy etc.

Also, be sure you are running EQMOD with adminisitrator privileges. You can do this manually, everytime your run it, or you can set it to do so automatically when it launches by selecting the appropriate checkbox in Properties > Compatibility:

Thanks for both advices, friends. I've already tried them, but they didn't work.

I've tried many solutions, but none have worked.

Please don't recommend this. It will put EQMOD into a "privileged" mode where TheSky6 or other ASCOM-speaking apps like ACP, NINA, SGP, TheSkyX, SharpCap, PHD, etc. cannot connect via ASCOM to the driver unless also running "as Administrator" and then any other devices with EXE type ASCOM drivers will be required to run them "as Administrator" as well, creating a "trail of tears". Please see the headline on the main ASCOM website

As well as the linked FAQ Running "as Administrator" on Windows for details, including how this Old Wives' tale got started.

Mario -- You realize that you are trying to use a program from 2004 and an ASCOM adapter DLL from 2006, neither of which were ever tested or supported on Windows 10. It would be a miracle if that 19  year old teleapi.dll adapter worked.

Bob, I understand you but several colleagues in my country use it on Windows 10, so it seems possible.

Yes I run it as administrator, I'll change it. Thank you.
