[Dragon Man]

This is the very first image I have ever taken in Hydrogen Alpha.

It is also the first image with my new camera, the Touptek ATR2600 Mono.

 

I am very excited to see what I am going to get with this new setup. I still have to adjust the small amount of tilt, but that will come.

 

I am running this new camera through my Officina Stellare Veloce RH-200 Astrograph with FLI Atlas Focuser and FLI 3-10 Filter Wheel, taking advantage of the Astrodon E series 3nm Ha Filter.

7 x 80 seconds @ Bin 1, stacked in Siril, processed in PS & Camera Raw.

Sometimes it is best just to leave it in mono.  That's beautiful.

OK, here's the first shot after Tilt adjustment.

 

Same object (Carina Nebula) and same gear. Just corrected for tilt 

For some reason the whole image looks better and it captured more Ha than last image. 

And this one is only 3 x 80 seconds as a quick test.
