I'm posting here because you all are probably the only people on CN who do photometry!

 

I have a PARTIAL set of Omega Optics J/C 1.25" (threaded cell) filters I’m willing to donate to someone trying to broaden their photometry capabilities or get into photometry. Omega is now Chroma.

 

The U, R and I are in excellent condition.

 

I do have a V and B from Omega as well, but they have some degradation. In the past, on different filters, I have successfully used CLR (Calcium, Lime and Rust remover) solution to clean degraded photometric filters. But your-milage-may-vary.

 

I can ship between 1 and all to good home(s).

DM me if you can use them. Please, nobody just looking for “spares” or to resell.

That didn't take long! All gone.

 

I have a full set of newer Chroma filters, so don't need these.

 

These filters came from a treasure trove I acquired a few months back. Made a tidy profit selling the rest, so these don't owe me anything. And I would like to help others get involved! I believe in Karma.
