Hi all,

 

I had a visual session with the 102mm DS system and tried imaging as well, although there were high clouds and some wind.

It wasn't easy to get good videos but it was worth waiting for the nice features I managed to capture.

 

TS 102mm f/11, Quark + L40 etalon DS, x0.5 reducer, ASI174MM, 5.6ms exposures, gain 170 or 200, 200 frames stacked.

Yes, it seems to be the same as the GSO x0.5 reducer. I think it does a great job for my purpose.

Im kinda partial to the colorized captures, the one with the prom and spicules seen thru that prom is fascinating
