I'm looking at a used CEM40 right now and the seller sent me this PE graph that came with the mount. I don't know enough about these to judge if that's "good enough".

Less than 10" total periodic error is very good.
I would go with that mount.

That is very good for a Cem40. Nothing to worry about for sure!
