It is my first 10" dob & it is really awesome.
I have added a starsense cradle (purchased from astroscan man eBay) and a starsense mirror gizmo (from a UK store online).
It balances perfectly regardless of the starsense dock and a phone at the front.
I have added a baffle and a fan as they don't come with fans.
I looked into the fine focus knob but can't afford £95 for it ATM or whether it is worth buying at that price.
I haven't used it much due to weather, had a quick couple of looks through but weather has been terrible in the UK.
If anyone else wants to add, any stories or pictures of their dobsonians.

Just haven't found many topics on these dobsonians.

I keep a blog (link below) that is focused (sorry!) mainly on Dobsonians.

There are a lot of posts concerning the Explore Scientific versions of these.
They are called the Explore Scientific First Light Dobsonians, and come in 8" and 10".
There are many favorable reviews.
Some samples here on CN (I confined it to 10" only):

And there are many more.
Expand your search to the web as a whole, and the number of reviews and responses is huge.

These ES Dob's are not as common in the USA, but the Bresser name is more common in Europe, thus you'll likely see them talked about more there. As for the mass-production Dob market, they do have some really unique features that are beneficial. The links provided by Don are an excellent read for those that own or are interested in the brand. Our 10" has provided many smiles.

I also feel with bresser, they really are not consists with their prices either. For example, a stellalyra will be one price everywhere but with a bresser messier dob, it has some stores selling it for £700, £848 , and then in-between too.
They are lovely dobs from the little experience I have, but feel brands like stellalyra and the gso are getting purchases because people are split , will they pay £80 more fora bresser that doesn't incl a fan, 2" eyepiece, fine focus(£95 for a fine focus for bresser). Can't use standard rdf without buying a £20 bracket to convert it.
The bresser has its pros which is the build, the bearings and balance. Rotate the tube . The focuser is a very good quality hex focuser. It can achieve focus when using a camera and if using for visual, it comes with an extender that you attach.
Also, a solar filter is also included.
I've seen the gso dobs on YouTube and people seem to be adding weight to achieve balance only when using a 2 inch eyepiece , where the bresser is great balance wise.
Anyway,just typing nonsense at 4 am .
