Equipment: AT115EDT scope, 0.8x reducer/corrector, ASI2600mcPro, Optolong L-Ultimate 2" Dual Band Filter H-Alpha and OIII.

Scenario: 2 consecutive nights of dual band data on Elephant Trunk Nebula

First night I collected bias (50), dark (25), and flat (25) frames to be used for both sets of data. The scope was left in place overnight. No calibration frames were collected on the second night.

Need ideas for a workflow in Siril that accommodates the above conditions. I have found videos on how to process two  nights of data using only Siril. And I have found videos on processing dual band data. How do you use the same calibration frames for both nights?

Thanks

If the calibration frames are the same then it's easy. Just use the OSC_Preprocessing script and put the lights from both nights into the lights folder.

Yep, like Danny said: Put all the lights (from both nights) into a single folder.  No big deal.

I was also wanting to separate the Ha data from the OIII data. Wouldn't I need to use the OSC_ Extract_Ha OIII script?

Will Siril know the difference between the two nights if the end numbers are the same? Like 0001, 0002, 0003, etc?

Sure, you can use that script. I split the channels myself. What I don't like is that the Ha_pp_lights are 1/4 the pixels. The OIII_pp_lights are 26mp but the Ha_pp_lights are 6mp. Not a big deal because you can upscale it so they have the same resolution.

Siril renames and converts all the files so there are no gaps in the numbers and they are in chronological order. If the lights are in the same folder then they probably have a different name. Now Siril renames the files and you're good.
