We are currently in the middle of the bright summer period up here at 63 degrees north and what better time than to make changes or upgrades to the observatory. This video is the first in a series of videos with observatory upgrades, in combination with product testing and comparisons.

In this video I will show the unboxing, mounting, installation and configuration of the Player One Poseidon-M Pro monochrome astronomical cooled camera, the Player One 7 position 2 inch Phoenix Filter Wheel and the Player One S-series LRGB and SHO 2 inch mounted filters.

As soon as I can see stars, I will make the next video with some actual results of this camera, in combination with the filter wheel and filters. Until then, enjoy the walkthrough of the process of upgrading the camera and filter wheel on your telescope.

I like my Poseidom-M a lot! One of the best purchases that I have done in astrophotography.

I am curious how the PlayerOne filters are going to perform. I went with Touptek's 36mm unmounted which are really good.
