Has anyone used the supplied Sky-Watcher CC with eyepieces?
Not sure how to attach the 2” to 1.25” eyepiece adapter to the CC. It doesn’t appear this is doable out of the box.
Will back focus be a problem?

The coma corrector included with the Quattro is designed for AP only and has a back focus of only 55mm. Visual CC have at leas 75mm I think. You can get a general purpose coma corrector with a 2" eyepiece if you want to use the scope visually.

I use that coma corrector regularly, but you have to add just the right amount of 2” extension rings (and parfocalise your 1.25” eyepieces) to put the eyepiece focal plane at 55 mm of the corrector. Once that’s done you just screw it onto the eyepiece and focus.

Of course for 1.25” eyepieces you need a 2"-1.25" adapter with M48 filter threads (I use a Baader PushFit on each eyepiece I use with the scope but I used a Howie Glatter Parallizer too).

It’s incorrect to say that 55 mm is atypical for visual correctors. The Paracorr type 2 has a very similar distance and works fine with eyepieces but it has a tunable top for convenience.
