Hi all,

I want to shoot Antares region over the next few days.

This is an image of me shooting with an A7IV and Redcat51 (15 x 5minute subs): sss.jpg

I currently have a asi2600mm and wondering if I should shoot in RGB and use SHO filters? What filters would you suggest?

Thanks!

I would not use any narrowband filters at all.  There are some Ha areas, but they should show up just fine with broadband RGB.  How dark are your skies?  Looking at your a7 shot and the integration time (I assume not modded) I suspect RGB will do just fine.

This is just over 2 hours with a modded 6dii and Nikkor 180mm at F4.  If you look at my Abin there is a fair number of Rho images that should give you some possible guidance of framing and various targets in this incredible area.  CS and good luck!

I would shoot RGB, or at the very most HaRGB
