Big old mount

This mount was obviously manufactured. It's surprising that there are no labels or cast-in names to tell us the manufacturer. Anyone have any ideas?

I saw that behemoth. Wow.

That seller gets a lot of really neat old stuff.

I've bought a couple of things from him before. Good seller. Not very talkative though.

Joe's a great guy...he just don't talk too much.

Keith (But as long as he keeps up with his unusual items, I don't care...woo hoo.)

That's Joe ? I know Joe.....he used to have the Earth and Sky place a while back. I wondered what happened to him.
The last time I talked to him was ...well not quite 10 yrs.
