These look really interesting. Saw them in SkyNews and TSAN Magazines while reading them at a bookstore, so I went and looked them up.

$200-$230 100-degree eyepieces, and shipping to the US is under 20 bucks!

I can't afford them right now, but maybe in the summer I could get one. Has anyone here tried any of them out?

I presume these are the same (i.e. have the same optics) as the Meade MWA, TS SWA 100° and others. They all come in the same focal lengths of 5/10/15/21mm and are advertised as having 100° AFOV (though users of the Meade MWA series have commented that the AFOV seems to be somewhat less than 100°). The housings are different though.

It appears you may be correct. That's unfortunate, from what I've read the MWAs are pretty bad and definitely not worth the money.

IMO only marginally worth it if bought used!

Their literature is hilarious! It says that it's a computer translation but how difficult can it be to find someone who can translate this accurately in order to present your products professionally? This is Chinese-English at it's funniest.

...provide approximately 20mm eyebrow.

...homofokal

...For taking bathing you should not use these eyepieces...

...Even when cleaning dirt and grease deposits through the eyelashes...

...Panoramic view with high quality picture

...The 100-degree facial field are more than the eye at once.

...300 percent more facial

...The 100-degree eyepieces are also made as an eyepiece for star-shopping.

...Since times can sometimes forget that...

...Also for light-strong telescopes - and fast newtons

...offer you a giant facial with sharp stars to the brim.

...Large eyelids: pleasant insight

Same deal as the Meade MWA, which are only 88°-90° plagued with heavy EOFB, (edge of field brightening). Same focal lengths in different clothing.

...provide approximately 20mm eyebrow.

Not for me... not particularly challenged there....

...Even when cleaning dirt and grease deposits through the eyelashes...

Not for me... i'm big on hygiene, and enjoy a hot shower regularly... but attaining cleanliness thru my eyelashes sounds... really uncomfortable!

Is this another one of those name-a-star shams?

...Since times can sometimes forget that...

Now THIS sounds like my kinda eyepiece! Where's you say we can get 'em?

...offer you a giant facial with sharp stars to the brim.

...Large eyelids: pleasant insight

Sounds... relaxing?

These are now appearing in the current magazine adds.  Still they promote the 100 degrees and 20mm of er.  Has anyone checked them out to see what the truth is?  Although I should mention they are now called Panorama 2 ....
