Fear not , I'm still about ...

As I said in my last image post it was going to be the last one from me for a while , after catching 309 days of images last year I decided to take a more relaxed approach in 2015 ...  ;)

Looks like it was a good decision too as there's been very little in the way of impressive sights as far as "white" is concerned ...  :(

Looking forward to the Eclipse on the 20th of next month though , blue skies allowing of course ...

Hey Steve, I kind of miss your daily images. Any chance you are going to get some HA gear?

Hi Pat ,

No funds for any Ha kit I'm afraid ...  :(

And let's be honest , every Tom , Dick and Harry shoots Hydrogen Alpha ... I'd stick with what I did best ... fine-detailed Whitelight ...  ;)

Steve, you could be the guy who delivers fine, detailed CAK (or HA) images as well :) I am going to experiment with the Quark soon. It is a significantly cheaper option for those us us who want higher resolution HA images in mediocre seeing areas without the expense of a 100mm+ dedicated HA scope.
